When will I recive my order?

Once we have confirmed your order and we have sent you an email that it is in process, we estimate the reception time to be 3 to 7working days. In case of any incidence or lack of stock, we will keep you informed of the status of your order.

This period does not include shipping days for the package, which depend on the delivery destination.


Do you make shipments to the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands?

Yes, we perform domestic shipments outside the peninsula. You can view the cost of shipping in our section 'Delivery'.

Any customs duty or additional import will be charged once the order has reached its destination. These additional charges are borne by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot specify a particular cost. Therefore, we suggest that in case of doubt you contact your local customs office for current charges before proceeding with your order.

Do you make international shipments?

Can I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order and would like cancel it, just send us an e-mail to info@myluxuryglasses.com and indicate  the reason for cancellation. Within 24-48 hours we will cancel and refund amount paid.


I received my order and I would like to send it back. What do i have to do?

To process any return or exchange product, you should contact the Dep. Customer writing an e-mail to info@myluxuryglasses.com and explaining the reason for the return or exchange. Within 24-48 hours we will contact you to manage the process.

Are your products original?

All products are original, including the corresponding Certificates of Authenticity and warranty from the manufacturer.



Are your products guaranteed? What does this cover?

All our products include the corresponding guarantee of two years from the date of the invoice. This warranty from the manufacturer, covers manufacturing defects and not damage caused by use or misuse of the product.

Should you need to process a warranty, you should contact customer service department by sending an e-mail to info@myluxuryglasses.com explaining the reason for the request. Within 24-48 hours, you will receive an answer.


How I can request prescription lenses?

All our products, by default, do not include prescription lenses. If you would like to graduate your glasses, you must send us an e-mail to info@myluxuryglasses.com making the request and attaching your medical prescription. In 24-48 hours we will contact you to offer you a quote.
